Arcturian Council of 9 (as channeled by Ka) 03/16/25
Greetings, We are the Council of 9 from Arcturus, a planet many of you on the Earth have spent time on for essential soul learning to prepare you for this special time that you are currently in. The Ascension of Mother Earth (Gaia) as many call her.
Many are aware of this Ascension of your Mother Earth; most are not familiar with the finer details. We come as your Star Brothers and Sisters to share details of how to prepare yourself for the events that have recently taken place and how to prepare your bodies for upcoming events that will help you integrate more easily.
While the story of the Earth is lengthy we recommend doing your own research to come to a personal acceptance of understanding of why these events are happening and how you can prepare yourself mentally, physically and spiritually.
We will start with the most recent event of March 13-14 the 60-hour Blackout of the Schumann Resonance.

From our perspective, Gaia has taken a pause; consider it a deep inbreath. This being a recalibration for herself on her Ascension Journey and for those living upon her surface (that’s you dear Human Beings!)
While Gaia prepares for her Ascension to 5D; so too are the occupants and inhabitants of the Earth. The Clarion Call is going out: Will you be joining her on this Epic Journey of Ascension? After all, that is what you came here to do as Star Seeds. Many of you came for the grandest journey of all an opportunity to Ascend with the planet, keeping your physical body and calibrating to meet your soul to merge and move into the higher dimensions. This my friends is a once in a lifetime opportunity that many of you came to take part in.
While we don’t mean to sound like a sales pitch; this is the Truth of your existence and why you came. Many came to hold the space, make the change the world needs to see, be way-showers, light-bearers, and the steady calm that is needed in a world filled with chaos and challenge.
The teams from other planets are here cheering you on and holding space for you to merge with your soul. We are here to help in any way you need help. As a Free Will Society, we cannot impose upon you in any way - however, we can reach out with a helping hand in this way and share that we are indeed near and ready to help with any questions, issues, problems, or healing.
For some the sound of a Council from Arcturus is extremely foreign, however, we are not alone! There are many councils from many planets such as Pleiadian, Andromeda, Sirius, and Lyra there are others who are called The Blue Avians, The Venusians, the Ashtar Command team, The Agartha Network with Adama and so many more that want to come through this transmission to introduce themselves and help you re-member your star families and friends.
Now back to the original intent of this message; we come through today to help you with the most recent energies of the 60 hour Schumann Blackout and the correlating Solar Eclipse. Both of these affect the human body as does a full moon.
Our suggestion is to take plenty of water, and rest often with a full night's sleep. Aches and pains in the form of stuck energy respond well to energy healing such as reiki or ones you may already rely on. Eating light via intermittent fasting or full fasts is very helpful as digestion and energy flow within the body are heavily impacted by any large earth activity and anomalies.
We know and hear your questions and have asked this one Ka Ra to write a meditation to introduce ourselves to you. This will resonate with those who recognize our energy and have spent time on this beautiful planet. We also want those who may not resonate that we still offer full resources to anyone wishing to ask questions, curious seekers, and those requiring healing.
